“ We stumbled on this out of the way place and it was a good find we had the seafood combo it was good except they switched the haddock for a stronger flavored fish without informing us! That was a bit of disappointment for big seafood eaters . The hostess and waitress were exceptional the food was good and plentiful. The atmosphere was was nice you could have a nice dinner conversation without competing with loud music and obnoxious staff. We really enjoyed it. And are looking forward to returning ”
“ Donnie Wood, once again was there for our family during a time of extreme sorrow. He and his great crew took good care of the thirty of us who went there for a midday meal after the funeral service for my sister in law. The food, as always was hot, good and tailored to provide each person what they wanted. For example, I ordered the chicken breast sandwich, no bread, with asparagus. The chicken was cooked beautifully (not dry!) seasoned nicely, and the asparagus were done exactly right. Everyone else at our table was pleased with their selections, as well. This is a lovely restaurant that never fails to bring good food, good hospitality and good care to the customers. Thank you Donnie and Team Castlewood! ”
